Verve Energy’s Graduate Program provides a unique opportunity to work at coal, gas, distillate and renewable power stations.

During the program graduates work at our power stations and other sites and are given responsibility to perform meaningful work, and manage and complete projects.

Graduates will gain experience on all our different plant to develop the skills necessary to become competent engineers and gain Chartered Status with Engineers Australia.

In addition, we have a program of professional development during the Graduate Program and employment with Verve Energy.

Graduates are appointed a mentor to help guide and support them through their career.

Apart from considering academic record, we look for people who are hands on and practical, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are interested in the power industry.
