At Verve Energy we believe that the safety and health of our people comes first in all our decisions and actions.

Our Safety and Health Policy sets out how every person working for or on behalf of Verve Energy, including contractors, accepts a personal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy workplace for themselves, and their fellow employees.

The Verve Energy Occupational Safety and Health Management Standards define and establish structured systems of work to effectively manage occupational safety and health aspects of Verve Energy operations by:

• Defining the critical elements and requirements for the foundation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
• Describing the Verve Energy Safe System of Work to deliver a high standard of occupational safety and health performance.
• Guiding and supporting the Management Team toward meeting occupational safety and health policy objectives and legislative requirements.
• Driving the continuous improvement process.
